Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AgentPro. By creating an account or using AgentPro, you agree to these terms.

Business service

AgentPro provides tools for organizing insurance sales and service workflows. It is not an insurance carrier, agency management system of record, legal adviser, or compliance adviser. You remain responsible for professional decisions, required disclosures, recordkeeping, carrier requirements, and compliance with laws and company policies.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that each user has appropriate authorization.

Your data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of information you enter or import. You grant AgentPro permission to process that information only as needed to provide and support the service. You must have the right to use the information you add, including contact, insurance, email, and calendar information.

Connected services

Optional integrations with services such as Google Calendar are governed by the permissions you approve and by the connected provider's terms. You may disconnect an integration at any time. AgentPro is not responsible for outages, changes, or restrictions imposed by third-party services.

Acceptable use

You may not use AgentPro to break the law, access data without authorization, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, misrepresent identity, or send communications that violate consent, privacy, anti-spam, or telemarketing requirements.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid features, prices, billing intervals, trial terms, and renewal details are shown when you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the available account controls; access may continue through the paid period as described during cancellation.

Service availability and changes

AgentPro may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. You should keep appropriate exports or backups of information critical to your business.

Disclaimer

AgentPro is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Outputs, reminders, drafts, imports, and synchronization results should be reviewed before being relied upon. AgentPro does not guarantee insurance outcomes, customer responses, regulatory compliance, or business results.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AgentPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any direct liability will be limited to amounts paid for AgentPro during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using AgentPro at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for material violations, security threats, nonpayment, or unlawful use. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as AgentPro evolves. The effective date will be changed, and material updates will be communicated when appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
