Privacy Policy

AgentPro is a customer relationship and workflow platform for insurance professionals. This policy explains what information AgentPro uses, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

AgentPro processes information you enter or import, such as account details, contacts, notes, insurance workflow records, tasks, appointments, quotes, applications, and policy information. You control what business information you add.

Connected account information

If you choose to connect a calendar, AgentPro requests only the permissions needed to provide calendar features. Depending on the permission you approve, AgentPro may read calendar lists and event details and may create, update, or cancel events when you perform those actions in AgentPro. Choosing Cancel Appointment or Cancel Event also removes the connected source event; AgentPro asks you to confirm first.

Calendar information is used to display your schedule, identify potential duplicates or conflicts, synchronize your authorized changes, and provide reminders. Connecting a calendar is optional, and AgentPro does not use calendar information for advertising.

Google user data

AgentPro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

AgentPro does not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. AgentPro does not transfer Google Workspace API data to third-party AI providers. Calendar data remains isolated from AgentPro's optional quote-assistance features.

How information is used

• Provide, secure, maintain, and improve AgentPro.
• Save and synchronize the records and settings you request.
• Authenticate users and prevent unauthorized access.
• Provide support, service notices, and account administration.
• Meet legal obligations and investigate misuse when necessary.

Sharing and selling

AgentPro does not sell personal information or connected calendar data. Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, authentication, payments, and integrations, only as needed to provide the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Storage and protection

AgentPro uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect account and business information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their sign-in credentials and for entering information they are authorized to manage.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained while needed to provide the service and meet legitimate legal or operational requirements. You can disconnect a calendar through AgentPro's calendar controls or revoke Google access from your Google Account. You may request deletion of your AgentPro account and associated cloud data through the in-app support option or the AgentPro support page.

Your choices

You may decline or revoke a connected-account permission. Some synchronization features will stop working after access is revoked, but the rest of the dashboard can continue to be used where available. You may export supported data before closing your account.

Children

AgentPro is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the effective date will be updated and notice will be provided when appropriate.
